personal information processing policy

Formax Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Formax') is a personal information provider (hereinafter referred to as 'provider') protects the personal information of the information subject and handles grievances related to this promptly and smoothly, according to Article 30 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」. In order to be able to do so, we establish and disclose the personal information processing policy as follows.

1. Procedure and purpose of consent for collection of personal information

'Formax' processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed is not used for purposes other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 will be implemented.

A) Consent to collection and use of personal information
Formax has prepared a procedure for the provider to click the “agree” button or “cancel” button for the content of Formax's personal information protection, and if you click the “agree” button, you are deemed to have agreed to the collection and use of personal information.

B) Purpose of collection and use of personal information
  • Name: Customer's name for customer response
  • Company information: Customer affiliation information for customer response
  • Email: Email information for customer response (email contact, inquiries, etc.)

Formax does not collect sensitive personal information (race and ethnicity, ideology and creed, place of origin and domicile, political orientation and criminal record, health status and sex life, etc.) that may infringe on the basic human rights of the provider.
2. Retention and use period of personal information collected by the service company

The personal information of the provider complies with the period specified by the relevant laws and regulations mentioned in the general rules above, and is retained for up to one year for customer response, and then automatically deleted without notice.

Formax's privacy policy may be revised from time to time due to changes in rules or regulations, changes in Formax's internal policy, etc.
